Shipping and Returns

If your purchase does not fit your style exactly as intended or is damaged in transit, you can return your item(s) for a full product cost refund!
Returns by courier must be paid by the customer not Elsie Wolfe Wondrous Antiques
• We must receive your returning purchase within 7 days of your purchase arriving to your door for online purchases and agreed delivery purchases (the 7 day period does not start when payment is made).
• Showroom cash and carry purchases, the 7 day period starts the day of purchase.
• Your purchase must be returned in its original undamaged state to our showroom at 518 Buckland Road, Pukekohe, National Storage, Unit 15c. Please contact us to arrange a time for drop off.
• If we cannot meet you to collect your returning purchase with in the 7 day period a suitable day for all will be arranged. You must have contacted us within 7 days of purchase making us aware of your return before a suitable day will be mediated.
• If you are posting your returning purchase, it must be sent within the 7 day return period. A copy of the postage receipt will have to be forwarded to Elsie Wolfe Wondrous Antiques.
• Any damages of returning goods made in 3rd party delivery transit will be mediated by you, the customer of the 3rd party delivery company.
• We do not offer proportional refunds.
