Size 1.24m long x 49cm wide x 2.2m high.
Here we have a spectacular piece of vintage furniture. This native post office cabinet is sure to be the star of any space. Made for the New Zealand Post Office Service around the 1930s this cabinet would have helped sort so much mail and still has many uses today. The ever popular pigeon holes make for excellent storage, and the fantastic roller door keeps things safe from little hands if need be.
The roller backing fabric has been redone by a professional cabinet maker ensuring it will last many years to come. The roller system is simple but effective, two big wooden rollers at the top and the door rolls down the back inside a cavity.
